EC-Orange allows you to centrally manage client information at a store by utilizing iPad or Windows8 tablets. The information can be shared with E-commerce websites as well. Membership registration can be completed on a tablet at a store.

Orange POS allows you to register for membership on the client information page, using iPad or Windows8 tablets. Because customers can register on the spot, they won’t miss the opportunity to join.

Member information can be downloaded as CSV file from the client information page when needed.

You can create the individual client data file by only tapping iPad.

For example, if you are a hairdresser using the individual client data file of Orange POS, you can set up questionnaires about hair conditions in advance and all you have to do to create the individual client data file is to tap iPad as you talk to your client. There is no need to fill a paper form and you don’t have to type the data into a computer afterwards either.

You can manage loyalty point system with iPad and other tablets

You can read barcodes of customers’ point cards and add points when they visit a store or purchase products. It also allows you to use iPad and other tablets to scan QR codes which appear on the screen of customers’ smartphones for managing client information. Of course, you can synchronize points between stores and EC websites.

You can send mail magazines to your customers with iPad and other tablets

You can send special notices (e.g. “Receive double points in your birthday month” or “Summer sale on now Up to 50% off” ) with mail magazines to your customers.
It also allows you to check if a customer received the mail magazine while still serving them on the spot.
